Talmary Hotel
Talmary hotel is attached to our café and is limited to one group per day.
The hotel also embodies the Talmary concept of creating a local cycle while preserving the fermentation environment with wild fungi. The hotel's amenities and cleaning products are made from naturally grown, organic and biodegradable materials that preserve a healthy natural environment.

Antique chandeliers on the high ceilings. The walls are filled with stained glass pieces made by owner Itaru Watanabe's mother, Reiko. The cedar planks were perfectly aligned from wall to ceiling by carpenter Ryu. There is a wooden deck outside the large windows.
Living room
The walls were painted by plasterer Yamamura, with green paint applied by Itaru Watanabe. A long, narrow space with a high ceiling.
Dining at the table, of course, but also as a desk workspace.
Kitchen
The kitchen is compact yet comfortable to cook in so that you can live in this house. Quality tools and equipment include a gas-fired stove and Otsuka forged knives.
Bathroom
The bathtub is made of high-grade cast-iron enamel. Enjoy a superb bath experience with a bathtub that is durable, heat-retaining and keeps clean.

The antique washroom makes use of the house's original tiles. A washing machine with dryer is also provided for longer stays.

Meals are not included in the accommodation price.
If you would like to order dinner or breakfast, we can offer you the following menu, please select it on the booking form.
Dinner: Home-brewed beer, starters, pizza, sausages, dessert
Breakfast: Sandwiches, soup.
You can also stay overnight without meals and cook in the hotel kitchen or use one of the restaurants in the area.
Food can be purchased at the supermarket in front of Chizu Station (10-minute walk from the hotel).
*In the first half of 2025, due to brewery relocation work, it will not be possible to produce a wide variety of bread.

3 days to 1 day before: 80% of the room rate
7 days to 4 days before: 50% of the room rate
