Bread assortments, bottled beer and books are available.
You can enjoy homemade craft beer, pizzas, sandwiches and sweets made with local natural ingredients. We roast organic coffee by oueselves.
Talmary is a rare brewery that brews all its craft beers with only wild yeast. It is served in the café and bottled beer is sold in the shop.
Our bread is fermented using only wild bacteria, without any pure culture bacteria. And 30% of the flour is home-milled from local wheat.
